I will make every effort to respond to calls and messages in the moment, yet there are times when I will be unable to do so. Members of Nurturing Pediatrics and I will talk about ways to help me distinguish between urgent messages and other less time-sensitive messages to ensure I am present with the person in front of me while also attending to all messages in a timely manner.
Between the hours of 7am and 7pm, I will respond to all messages (phone calls, secure texts via patient portal, appointment requests) within 2 hours. If you need to speak with me urgently between the hours of 9pm and 7am, you are welcome to call me. Click here to read more about common reasons parents may need or want to call overnight.
It is possible we can save you an in-office visit by addressing your concerns via phone, secure text, or telemedicine. Rather than have set clinic hours, we can work together to find an appointment time that makes the most sense for everyone involved.
