Of course! We can prescribe any medications that are within a general pediatrician’s scope of practice.
Yes. We can provide lab orders for outside labs like Labcorp, who will bill you or your insurance for their services.
Yes. We can provide radiology orders for a radiology group, who will bill you or your insurance for their services.
Yes, we work with specialists. We can refer to specialists as well as have access to specialist notes to coordinate care.

Nurturing Pediatrics will use Elation Health as the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). It will have a patient portal as well as manage the membership fees. These links will be added to the website, which is still under construction.
At this time, Nurturing Pediatrics is operating as a pure DPC clinic rather than a hybrid clinic that has flat fees for different visits types available to non-members. The one exception to that is medical ear piercing, which is open to non-members.
We can provide care to children who reside within the state of North Carolina, which includes when those same children travel briefly to other parts of the United States.
