Pre-Consultation (required first step)

$150

This 30-minute informational virtual visit with caregivers only is designed to review our services, discuss your general concerns, and determine whether a formal consultation is a good fit. No medical advice or clinical relationship is established. If you proceed with a consultation, the visit fee is credited toward the total consultation cost.

Comprehensive Pediatric Consultation

$2,000

A personalized evaluation that includes:

  • Thorough review of medical records and history
  • Physical examination when appropriate
  • Consideration of additional testing when indicated (lab fees not included)
  • Personalized treatment plan with structured follow-up monitoring (typically 4–8 weeks based on complexity and physician involvement)
  • Written summary with prioritized recommendations and next steps

Payment plans available (most commonly $1,000/mo × 2)

Continued Care Management

$300/hr

Ongoing care is available to monitor progress, manage follow-up labs (lab fees not included), and adjust your plan as needed.
